Lean into the hard problems
I’m drawn to the parts of a product people dread: the multi-step flows, the moments where one wrong choice really costs someone. I start with the messiest part instead of designing around it.
Build AI-native from the start
If AI is part of the product, it shapes how the whole thing works: what it does on its own, what people can see and check, and when they can take over. We figure that out at the start, so we’re not adding a chat panel at the end.
Trust the team, keep the pace
I give designers real ownership and help them sharpen their judgment, so decisions don’t stall on me. That’s how we move quickly and still ship work we’re proud of.
